Joe Pavia - Owner,Operator

The Hogline Curlers Proshop is owned and operated by an experienced curler - Joe Pavia.

While Joe knows many renowned curlers, he’s most at home serving club curlers, rookies, children, youth and senior curlers who might not want to shop but just want to chat about the game we all love.

Joe has been involved with the curling world for decades as a player, organizer and curling commentator. He’s the weekly curling columnist for the Ottawa Sun where his Wednesday column is eagerly anticipated and is indeed available across the country. 

 

Our store hours are:
    Monday through Wednesday    10:00 am to 6:00 pm    
Thursday & Friday  10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm


 The shop will be closed Monday September 6, Labour Day.

AFTER HOURS PICK UP: We will be happy to leave merchandize at the Ottawa Curling Club bar for convenient pick-up after our store hours. (Note: Cash payment only for this service).

APPOINTMENT SHOPPING: In order to accommodate the many friends who shop with us from out of town, we will be glad to arrange convenient shopping hours over and above both the store hours as well as the length of the season. So far those who have taken advantage of APPOINTMENT SHOPPING have been from Iqaluit, The Netherlands, the USA, Germany and Ottawa.

The Hogline Curlers Proshop Kids Club may help solve that problem. By signing up for the Kids Club members get a 10% discount on in-store shoes (not special orders).
 
Not only that but when they grow out of the shoes we will put them on consignment so other aspiring curlers get a chance at an economical pair of shoes.
 
You get half the consignment shoe purchase money back towards the cost of a new pair of shoes.
